Payment
The Candlekit Maker uses Paypal as our online payment provider. PayPal enables any individual or business with an email address to send and receive payments online securely and easily using a bank account, credit card , debit card or stored balance. Because PayPal allows customers to shop online without sharing their financial information with merchants, privacy and security is built into the service.
PayPal has 100 million active accounts and is accepted on over 165,000 websites across Europe.
Christmas Delivery
The 16 of December is our cut off date for Christmas Delivery. All orders received before the 16th of December will arrive before Christmas Day.
Our postage and packaging rates are visible in the 'Your Basket' area once you have added your items to your shopping basket. These rates will increase incrementally with the size/weight of your order. Our postage rates reflect the actual cost to us for shipping and handling and are not an additional source of revenue.
Despatch
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 2 working days. Whilst this cannot always be guaranteed, in the event that there is a delay we will keep you informed of progress. If you are desperate for fast delivery for whatever reason feel free to drop us an email to prearrange.
